The Stephens County Indians basketball team (Toccoa, GA), dropped 68-51 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Oconee County Warriors (Watkinsville, GA)
The Warriors now possess a 14-8 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Franklin County for a AAA Region 8 battle on Friday, February 3. Oconee County will battle a Lions team coming off a 83-58 league loss to Monroe Area (Monroe, GA). The Lions record now stands at 5-17.
The Indians (11-9) will now prepare for their battle against Hart County (Hartwell, GA). The Bulldogs come into the AAA Region 8 outing with a 12-10 record. In their last outing, Hart County was topped by Hebron Christian Academy (Dacula, GA), 55-48, in a league outing.
