North Carolina High School Basketball - Overhills knocked off by Westover

The Westover Wolverines basketball team scored 74 points and held the visiting Overhills Jaguars to 60 in the Wolverines league triumph on Tuesday.
The Wolverines now sport a 15-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Terry Sanford for a 3A/4A Conference 23 contest on Friday, February 3. Westover will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-47 league win over Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Bulldogs record now stands at 11-7.
The Jaguars (12-6) will now prepare for their contest against Harnett Central (Angier, NC). The Trojans enter the 3A/4A Conference 23 contest with a 3-16 record. In their last contest, Harnett Central was defeated by Terry Sanford (Fayetteville, NC), 76-47, in a league contest.
