North Carolina High School Basketball - Oxford Prep topped by Vance Charter

The Oxford Prep Griffins basketball team (Oxford, NC), dropped 47-35 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Vance Charter Knights (Henderson, NC)

The Knights now possess a 10-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Excelsior Classical Academy for a non-league battle on Friday, February 3.

The Griffins (7-11) will now prepare for their battle against Eno River (Hillsborough, NC). The Bobcats come into the 1A Conference 11 battle with a 7-13 record. In their last battle, Eno River prevailed over Roxboro Community (Roxboro, NC), 66-51, in a league battle.
