Illinois High School Basketball - ROWVA/Williamsfield tops Stark County

ROWVA/Williamsfield Cougars (Oneida, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Stark County Rebels (Toulon, IL), 56-45 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, ROWVA/Williamsfield upgrades its record to 19-6 on the campaign. The Cougars travel to Mercer County (Aledo, IL) to play the Golden Eagles in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 4. The Golden Eagles come into the bout with a record of 17-6. Mercer County won 49-36 in their recent non-league bout against Abingdon/Avon (Abingdon, IL)

Next up, the Rebels play the Henry-Senachwine Mallards (Henry, IL) in a non-league bout, on Monday, February 6. Stark County will attempt to upgrade on its 13-9 season record.
