The Terryville Kangaroos basketball team (Terryville, CT), was overwhelmed 71-33 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Shepaug Valley Spartans (Washington, CT)

The Spartans now possess a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Litchfield for a Berkshire battle on Friday, February 3. Shepaug Valley will confront a Cowboys team coming off a 63-34 league loss to Northwestern Regional (Winsted, CT). The Cowboys record now stands at 5-10.

The Kangaroos (2-12) will now prepare for their battle against Nonnewaug (Woodbury, CT). The Chiefs come into the Berkshire battle with a 6-10 record. In their last battle, Nonnewaug trounced Woodland Regional (Beacon Falls, CT), 65-46, in a non-league battle.
