In Tuesday's league outing, the St. Charles East Fighting Saints (St. Charles, IL) basketball squad edged the visiting Wheaton-Warrenville South Tigers (Wheaton, IL), by a count of 53-52.
The Fighting Saints (11-14) will now prepare for their outing against St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL). The North Stars go into the DuKane outing with a 5-19 record. In their last outing, St. Charles North was tipped by Geneva (Geneva, IL), 35-33, in a league outing.
The Tigers now hold a 21-3 record. They play next when they host Wheaton North for a DuKane outing on Friday, February 3. Wheaton-Warrenville South will clash with a Falcons squad coming off a 49-31 league loss to Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Falcons record now stands at 11-14.
