The St. John Paul II Lions basketball team (Hyannis, MA), dropped 54-42 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Upper Cape Cod RVT Rams (Bourne, MA)
The Rams now possess a 8-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Old Colony RVT for a Mayflower - Small battle on Thursday, February 2. Upper Cape Cod RVT will battle a Cougars team coming off a 88-51 league win over Norfolk County Agricultural (Walpole, MA). The Cougars record now stands at 11-3.
The Lions (1-9) will now prepare for their battle against Rising Tide (Plymouth, MA). The come into the Cape & Islands - Lighthouse battle with a 7-4 record. In their last battle, Rising Tide beat Sturgis East (Hyannis, MA), 50-39, in a league battle.
