Timber Creek Regional Chargers (Erial, NJ) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Triton Mustangs (Runnemede, NJ), 54-48 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Timber Creek Regional upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Chargers host Delsea (Franklinville, NJ) to play the Crusaders in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Crusaders go into the bout with a record of 11-5. Delsea won 43-39 in their recent league bout against Highland Regional (Blackwood, NJ)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Cumberland Colts (Seabrook, NJ) in a Tri-County - Liberty bout, on Thursday, February 2. Triton will attempt to upgrade on its 10-7 season record. The Colts go into the bout with a 5-12 record after their 73-61 league loss to Deptford (Deptford, NJ).
