North Carolina High School Basketball - Triangle Math & Science routs Woods Charter

January 31, 2023: Cary, NC 27511

In Tuesday's league outing, the Triangle Math & Science Tigers (Cary, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Woods Charter Wolves (Chapel Hill, NC), by a margin of 53-25.

The Tigers (6-12) will now prepare for their bout against Chatham Charter (Siler City, NC). The Knights come into the 1A Conference 13 bout with a 25-0 record. In their last bout, Chatham Charter overwhelmed Southern Wake Academy (Holly Springs, NC), 102-16, in a league bout.

Next up, the Wolves play the Clover Garden School Grizzlies (Burlington, NC) in a 1A Conference 13 bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Woods Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 0-15 season record. The Grizzlies come into the bout with a 5-19 record after their 55-39 league loss to River Mill (Graham, NC).
