New Mexico High School Basketball - Los Alamos can't hold off Pojoaque Valley

The Los Alamos Hilltoppers basketball team (Los Alamos, NM), was nudged 52-50 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Pojoaque Valley Elks/Elkettes (Pojoaque, NM)
The Elks/Elkettes now sport a 5-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Espanola Valley for a battle on Friday, February 3. Pojoaque Valley will battle a Sundevils team coming off a 45-44 non-league loss to Taos (Taos, NM). The Sundevils record now stands at 13-4.
The Hilltoppers (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Moriarty (Moriarty, NM). The Pintos come into the non-league battle with a 2-11 record. In their last battle, Moriarty was nudged by Robertson (Las Vegas, NM), 57-35, in a non-league battle.
