In Tuesday's league match, the host Horatio Lions basketball team scored a tight 46-43 triumph over the Acorn Tigers.
In their next game, the Lions meet the Spring Hill Bears (Hope, AR) in a 2A Region 7 match, on Friday, February 10. Horatio will attempt to better on its 9-3 season record.
