The Goochland Bulldogs basketball team (Goochland, VA), was nudged 2-0 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Albemarle Patriots (Charlottesville, VA)
The Patriots now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Western Albemarle for a Jefferson battle on Friday, February 3. Albemarle will battle a Warriors team coming off a 52-32 league loss to Louisa County (Mineral, VA). The Warriors record now stands at 12-6.
The Bulldogs (0-15) will now prepare for their battle against Orange County (Orange, VA). The Fighting Hornets come into the Jefferson battle with a 9-10 record. In their last battle, Orange County was nudged by Monticello (Charlottesville, VA), 58-51, in a league battle.
