With the victory, Buckingham improves its record to 13-6 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Lunenburg Central (Victoria, VA) to confront the Chargers in a James River challenge on Friday, February 3. The Chargers come into the challenge with a record of 7-9. Lunenburg Central won 66-14 in their recent non-league challenge against Appomattox Regional Governor's Arts & Tech (Petersburg, VA)

Next up, the Raiders confront the Prince Edward County Eagles (Farmville, VA) in a James River challenge, on Friday, February 3. Amelia County will attempt to improve on its 7-10 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 8-8 record after their 37-35 league loss to Nottoway (Nottoway, VA).
