Texas High School Basketball - Polytechnic knocked off by Arlington Heights

The Arlington Heights Yellowjackets basketball team scored 37 points and held the host Polytechnic Parrots to 17 in the Yellowjackets league triumph on Tuesday.
The Yellowjackets now sport a 15-12 record. They put it on the line next when they host Trimble Tech for a 5A Region I District 6 contest on Friday, February 3. Arlington Heights will meet a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-0 league loss to Southwest (Fort Worth, TX). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-16.
The Parrots (6-21) will now prepare for their contest against Wyatt (Fort Worth, TX). The Chaparrals enter the 5A Region I District 6 contest with a 13-11 record. In their last contest, Wyatt ran past South Hills (Fort Worth, TX), 48-18, in a league contest.
