The Arlington Memorial Eagles basketball team scored 28 points and held the host Mt. St. Joseph Academy Green Wave to 21 in the Eagles league triumph on Tuesday.
The Eagles now sport a 7-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Long Trail for a Freelance contest on Friday, February 3. Arlington Memorial will battle a team coming off a 45-32 non-league win over Mt. St. Joseph Academy (Rutland, VT). The record now stands at 8-4.
The Green Wave (6-8) will now prepare for their contest against Long Trail (Dorset, VT). The enter the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Long Trail nudged Mill River (North Clarendon, VT), 43-16, in a league contest.
