The Basehor-Linwood Bobcats (Basehor, KS) basketball nipped the visiting Shawnee Heights Thunderbirds (Tecumseh, KS), 37-33 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Bobcats (10-3) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln College Prep (Kansas City, MO). The Blue Tigers go into the non-league test with a 4-6 record. In their last test, Lincoln College Prep was tipped by Park Hill South (Riverside, MO), 75-43, in a non-league test.

The Thunderbirds now own a 8-5 record. They play next when they travel to Leavenworth for a United Kansas test on Friday, February 3. Shawnee Heights will encounter a PIONEERS squad coming off a 59-26 non-league loss to Bonner Springs (Bonner Springs, KS). The PIONEERS record now stands at 2-8.
