Beaufort Academy Eagles (Beaufort, SC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Holy Trinity Classical Christian Mighty Lions (Beaufort, SC), 33-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Beaufort Academy upgrades its record to 12-9 on the season. The Eagles travel to Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC) to clash with the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, February 6. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 20-2.

Next up, the Mighty Lions clash with the Colleton Prep Academy War Hawks (Walterboro, SC) in a SCISA AA Region II bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Holy Trinity Classical Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 6-7 season record. The War Hawks go into the bout with a 11-8 record after their 43-29 league win over Thomas Heyward Academy (Ridgeland, SC).
