In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Homewood Patriots (Homewood, AL) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Bibb County Choctaws (Centreville, AL), by a margin of 50-24.
The Patriots (22-7) will now prepare for their outing against Talladega (Talladega, AL). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Talladega smashed Central of Clay County (Lineville, AL), 51-22, in a non-league outing.
The Choctaws now own a 9-5 record. They play next when they host Hillcrest for a non-league outing on Friday, February 3. Bibb County will clash with a Patriots squad coming off a 49-12 non-league win over American Christian Academy (Tuscaloosa, AL). The Patriots record now stands at 22-5.
