Minnesota High School Basketball - Hopkins crushes Buffalo

Hopkins Royals (Minnetonka, MN) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Buffalo Bison (Buffalo, MN), 97-26 in a league bout.
With the victory, Hopkins upgrades its record to 18-1 on the campaign. The Royals host Edina (Edina, MN) to play the Hornets in a AAAA Section 2 bout on Friday, February 3. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 6-13. Edina lost 68-39 in their recent league bout against Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN)
Next up, the Bison play the Wayzata Trojans (Plymouth, MN) in a AAAA Section 6 bout, on Friday, February 3. Buffalo will attempt to upgrade on its 3-14 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 17-2 record after their 84-52 non-league win over Champlin Park (Champlin, MN).
