Minnesota High School Basketball - Roseau can't hold off Crookston

The Crookston Pirates basketball team scored 60 points and restricted the host Roseau Rams to 54 in the Pirates league victory on Tuesday.
The Pirates now sport a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Wadena-Deer Creek for a AA Section 8 contest on Friday, February 3. Crookston will battle a Wolverines team coming off a 63-52 non-league loss to Henning (Henning, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 10-7.
The Rams (11-9) will now prepare for their contest against Badger/Greenbush-Middle River (Badger, MN). The Gators come into the A Section 8 contest with a 14-3 record. In their last contest, Badger/Greenbush-Middle River edged Fertile-Beltrami (Fertile, MN), 60-52, in a non-league contest.
