Culver City Centaurs (Culver City, CA) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Palos Verdes Sea Kings (Palos Verdes Estates, CA), 74-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Culver City upgrades its record to 21-5 on the campaign. The Centaurs travel to Santa Monica (Santa Monica, CA) to play the Vikings in a Bay bout on Thursday, February 2. The Vikings come into the bout with a record of 17-10. Santa Monica won 47-45 in their recent league bout against Mira Costa (Manhattan Beach, CA)

Next up, the Sea Kings play the Peninsula Panthers (Rolling Hills Estates, CA) in a Bay bout, on Thursday, February 2. Palos Verdes will attempt to upgrade on its 3-19 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 12-12 record after their 52-35 league loss to Redondo Union (Redondo Beach, CA).
