New Mexico High School Basketball - Del Norte overwhelmed by Hope Christian

The Del Norte Knights basketball team (Albuquerque, NM), was overwhelmed 71-25 in Tuesday's league battle with the visiting Hope Christian Huskies (Albuquerque, NM)

The Huskies now possess a 16-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Bernalillo for a 4A District 6 battle on Friday, February 3. Hope Christian will confront a Spartans team coming off a 62-56 league loss to Valley (Albuquerque, NM). The Spartans record now stands at 8-13.

The Knights (6-13) will now prepare for their battle against West Mesa (Albuquerque, NM). The Mustangs come into the non-league battle with a 11-9 record. In their last battle, West Mesa was overwhelmed by Sandia (Albuquerque, NM), 70-55, in a league battle.
