Iowa High School Basketball - Starmont ripped by Edgewood-Colesburg

The Edgewood-Colesburg Vikings basketball team scored 71 points and held the host Starmont Stars to 26 in the Vikings league triumph on Tuesday.
The Vikings now sport a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Midland for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Edgewood-Colesburg will battle a Eagles team coming off a 61-34 non-league win over North Cedar (Stanwood, IA). The Eagles record now stands at 9-8.
The Stars (0-18) will now prepare for their contest against Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Lions enter the non-league contest with a 6-9 record. In their last contest, Lisbon was routed by West Branch (West Branch, IA), 42-34, in a non-league contest.
