In Tuesday's league outing, the Eunice Cardinals (Eunice, NM) basketball squad edged the host Hagerman Bobcats (Hagerman, NM), by a margin of 48-42.
The Cardinals (9-8) will now prepare for their outing against Loving (Loving, NM). The Falcons go into the 2A District 4 outing with a 8-8 record. In their last outing, Loving held off Non Varsity Opponent (, ), 51-27, in a non-league outing.
The Bobcats now own a 4-14 record. They play next when they travel to Dora for a non-league outing on Monday, February 6. Hagerman will clash with a Coyotes squad coming off a 50-20 league win over Gateway Christian (Roswell, NM). The Coyotes record now stands at 14-8.
