The Fargo North Spartans basketball team (Fargo, ND), was overwhelmed 67-37 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Red River Roughriders (Grand Forks, ND)
The Roughriders now possess a 12-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Grand Forks Central for a A East battle on Friday, February 3. Red River will battle a Knights team coming off a 74-54 league win over Fargo South (Fargo, ND). The Knights record now stands at 3-9.
The Spartans (3-8) will now prepare for their battle against Devils Lake (Devils Lake, ND). The Firebirds come into the A East battle with a 4-11 record. In their last battle, Devils Lake was overwhelmed by Shanley (Fargo, ND), 63-46, in a league battle.
