Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting Normal University Pioneers (Normal, IL), 45-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Glenwood upgrades its record to 11-14 on the campaign. The Titans host Mt. Zion (Mt. Zion, IL) to play the Braves in a non-league bout on Wednesday, February 1. The Braves come into the bout with a record of 18-8. Mt. Zion lost 62-25 in their recent league bout against Lincoln (Lincoln, IL)

Next up, the Pioneers play the Springfield Senators (Springfield, IL) in a Central State Eight bout, on Friday, February 3. Normal University will attempt to upgrade on its 10-17 season record. The Senators come into the bout with a 14-13 record after their 59-32 non-league loss to Normal Community (Normal, IL).
