The Monarchs come into the challenge with a record of 17-1. Menchville won 73-31 in their recent league challenge against Woodside (Newport News, VA)

Next up, the Dukes confront the Mathews Blue Devils (Mathews, VA) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, February 1. Gloucester will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Blue Devils come into the challenge with a 7-12 record after their 56-29 non-league win over Carver College and Career Academy (Chester, VA).
