Georgia High School Basketball - Griffin trounces Howard

The Griffin Bears (Griffin, GA) basketball crushed the host Howard Huskies (Macon, GA), 49-12 in Tuesday's league test.

The Bears (18-4) will now prepare for their test against Spalding (Griffin, GA). The Jaguars go into the AAAA Region 2 test with a 6-16 record.

The Huskies now own a 9-14 record. They play next when they host Perry for a AAAA Region 2 test on Friday, February 3. Howard will encounter a Panthers squad coming off a 87-45 league loss to Baldwin (Milledgeville, GA). The Panthers record now stands at 8-14.
