In Tuesday's league outing, the Loganville Red Devils (Loganville, GA) basketball squad beat the visiting Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA), by a count of 47-38.

The Red Devils (14-8) will now prepare for their outing against Flowery Branch (Flowery Branch, GA). The Falcons go into the AAAAA Region 8 challenge with a 13-10 record. In their last challenge, Flowery Branch was dropped by Eastside (Covington, GA), 44-43, in a league challenge.

Next up, the Dragons play the Heritage Patriots (Conyers, GA) in a AAAAA Region 8 challenge, on Friday, February 3. Jefferson will attempt to upgrade on its 7-16 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 13-8 record after their 57-35 league win over Clarke Central (Athens, GA).
