Bethel Jaguars (Vallejo, CA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Kennedy Eagles (Richmond, CA), 2-0 in a league bout.

With the win, Bethel upgrades its record to 12-7 on the season. The Jaguars travel to Vallejo (Vallejo, CA) to clash with the Red Hawks in a Tri-County - Stone bout on Thursday, February 2. The Red Hawks go into the bout with a record of 8-16. Vallejo won 1-0 in their recent league bout against Kennedy (Richmond, CA)

Next up, the Eagles clash with the Latitude Lynx (Oakland, CA) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 1. Kennedy will attempt to upgrade on its 1-12 season record. The Lynx go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 19-17 non-league loss to Oakland Military Institute (Oakland, CA).
