Georgia High School Basketball - Walton trounces Kennesaw Mountain

The Walton Raiders (Marietta, GA) basketball crushed the host Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs (Kennesaw, GA), 63-23 in Tuesday's league test.
The Raiders (13-9) will now prepare for their test against Wheeler (Marietta, GA). The Wildcats go into the AAAAAAA Region 5 test with a 9-10 record. In their last test, Wheeler walloped Osborne (Marietta, GA), 57-13, in a league test.
The Mustangs now own a 2-20 record. They play next when they travel to Cherokee for a AAAAAAA Region 5 test on Friday, February 3. Kennesaw Mountain will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 52-34 league win over North Cobb (Kennesaw, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 17-5.
