The Lancaster Bruins basketball team (Lancaster, SC), dropped 72-52 in Tuesday's league battle with the host South Pointe Stallions (Rock Hill, SC)
The Stallions now sport a 21-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Indian Land for a AAAA Region 3 battle on Friday, February 3. South Pointe will battle a Warriors team coming off a 63-23 league loss to Northwestern (Rock Hill, SC). The Warriors record now stands at 4-17.
The Bruins (10-9) will now prepare for their battle against Catawba Ridge (Fort Mill, SC). The Copperheads come into the AAAA Region 3 battle with a 17-4 record. In their last battle, Catawba Ridge prevailed over York (York, SC), 71-40, in a league battle.
