The Simley Spartans basketball team (Inver Grove Heights, MN), dropped 48-36 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host North Polars (North St. Paul, MN)
The Polars now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Highland Park for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 2. North will battle a Scots team coming off a 47-41 non-league win over St. Paul Academy-Summit (St. Paul, MN). The Scots record now stands at 7-8.
The Spartans (2-18) will now prepare for their battle against St. Paul Central (St. Paul, MN). The Minutemen come into the non-league battle with a 7-7 record. In their last battle, St. Paul Central dropped by Apple Valley (Apple Valley, MN), 67-29, in a non-league battle.
