The Orangefield Bobcats basketball team (Orangefield, TX), was nudged 24-22 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Warren Warriors (Warren, TX)
The Warriors now possess a 15-14 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Buna for a 3A Region III District 22 battle on Friday, February 3. Warren will confront a Cougars team coming off a 59-55 league loss to Hardin (Hardin, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 13-10.
The Bobcats (8-14) will now prepare for their battle against East Chambers (Winnie, TX). The Buccaneers come into the 3A Region III District 22 battle with a 14-15 record. In their last battle, East Chambers was nudged by Kountze (Kountze, TX), 66-41, in a league battle.
