Georgia High School Basketball - Stewart County trounces Pataula Charter Academy

The Stewart County Royal Knights (Lumpkin, GA) basketball crushed the host Pataula Charter Academy Panthers (Edison, GA), 58-20 in Tuesday's league test.
The Royal Knights (6-15) will now prepare for their test against Calhoun County (Edison, GA). The Cougars go into the A D2 Region 1A test with a 13-9 record. In their last test, Calhoun County walloped Seminole County (Donalsonville, GA), 51-36, in a non-league test.
The Panthers now own a 2-18 record. They play next when they travel to Quitman County for a A D2 Region 1A test on Friday, February 3. Pataula Charter Academy will encounter a Hornets squad coming off a 41-38 league loss to Miller County (Colquitt, GA). The Hornets record now stands at 3-12.
