The Silverado Skyhawks (Las Vegas, NV) basketball nipped the visiting Sierra Vista Mountain Lions (Las Vegas, NV), 48-43 in Tuesday's league test.

The Skyhawks (10-13) will now prepare for their test against Arbor View (Las Vegas, NV). The Aggies go into the 4A Mountain test with a 12-6 record. In their last test, Arbor View got by Durango (Las Vegas, NV), 48-45, in a league test.

The Mountain Lions now own a 8-11 record. They play next when they travel to Desert Pines for a 4A Mountain test on Thursday, February 2. Sierra Vista will encounter a Jaguars squad coming off a 67-28 league win over Basic (Henderson, NV). The Jaguars record now stands at 20-3.
