Atlee Raiders (Mechanicsville, VA) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Varina Blue Devils (Richmond, VA), 37-12 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Atlee upgrades its record to 5-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to Patrick Henry (Ashland, VA) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 2. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Patrick Henry lost 34-22 in their recent non-league bout against Maggie Walker (Richmond, VA)

Next up, the Blue Devils play the Henrico Warriors (Richmond, VA) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Varina will attempt to upgrade on its 1-13 season record.
