The Spartans now possess a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Liberty for a battle on Thursday, February 2. Doherty will battle a Lancers team coming off a 44-14 league win over Vista Ridge (Colorado Springs, CO). The Lancers record now stands at 8-4.
The Eagles (9-5) will now prepare for their battle against Fountain-Fort Carson (Fountain, CO). The Trojans come into the non-league battle with a 5-4 record. In their last battle, Fountain-Fort Carson edged Rampart (Colorado Springs, CO), 34-29, in a league battle.
