In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Forbush Falcons basketball team scored a good 31-23 triumph over the Surry Central Golden Eagles.
In their next game, the Falcons meet the East Surry Cardinals (Pilot Mountain, NC) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 3. Forbush will attempt to better on its 10-5 season record.
With the defeat, Surry Central moves to 7-5 on the year. The Golden eagles host Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC) to meet the Granite Bears in a non-league match on Wednesday, February 1. The Granite Bears enter the match with a record of 4-5.
