North Carolina High School Basketball - Hough routs West Charlotte

January 31, 2023: Cornelius, NC 28031

In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Hough Huskies (Cornelius, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting West Charlotte Lions (Charlotte, NC), by a count of 52-14.

The Huskies (13-4) will now prepare for their outing against Mallard Creek (Charlotte, NC). The Mavericks go into the non-league match with a 10-5 record. In their last match, Mallard Creek crushed East Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC), 31-25, in a non-league match.

With the defeat, West Charlotte moves to 2-7 on the year. The Lions host North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC) to face the Vikings in a non-league match on Friday, February 10. The Vikings enter the match with a record of 5-6.
