West Caldwell Warriors (Lenoir, NC) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Lincolnton Wolves (Lincolnton, NC), 31-20 in a non-league bout.

With the win, West Caldwell upgrades its record to 7-5 on the season. The Warriors host West Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC) to play the Rebels in a non-league bout on Friday, February 3. The Rebels go into the bout with a record of 4-11. West Lincoln lost 36-15 in their recent non-league bout against Newton-Conover (Newton, NC)

Next up, the Wolves play the East Burke Cavaliers (Connelly Springs, NC) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 3. Lincolnton will attempt to upgrade on its 1-16 season record.
