California High School Basketball - Wilcox can't hold off Santa Clara

The Santa Clara Bruins basketball team scored 40 points and restricted the host Wilcox Chargers to 34 in the Bruins league victory on Tuesday.
The Bruins now sport a 11-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mountain View for a contest on Thursday, February 2.
The Chargers (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Milpitas (Milpitas, CA). The Trojans come into the contest with a 8-13 record. In their last contest, Milpitas edged Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA), 26-21, in a league contest.
