The Yellowjackets enter the challenge with a 3-2 record after their 2-0 league win over Lopez (Brownsville, TX).

The Vikings now have a 5-10 record. They take the field next when they host Weslaco East for a 5A Region 4 District 32 challenge on Friday, February 3. Pace will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 2-1 league win over Mercedes (Mercedes, TX). The Wildcats record now stands at 1-5.
