In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Apex Friendship Patriots (Apex, NC) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Apex Cougars (Apex, NC), by a margin of 75-32.
The Patriots (19-0) will now prepare for their outing against Cary (Cary, NC). The Imps go into the non-league outing with a 3-15 record. In their last outing, Cary was trounced by Green Hope (Cary, NC), 60-42, in a non-league outing.
The Cougars now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Middle Creek for a non-league outing on Friday, February 3. Apex will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 59-52 non-league loss to Panther Creek (Cary, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 6-12.
