With the victory, Cherryville improves its record to 9-8 on the campaign. The Ironmen host Highland Tech (Gastonia, NC) to play the Rams in a challenge on Friday, February 3. The Rams come into the challenge with a record of 5-13. Highland Tech lost 58-44 in their recent non-league challenge against Huss (Gastonia, NC)

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Bessemer City Yellow Jackets (Bessemer City, NC) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 3. Burns will attempt to improve on its 9-5 season record. The Yellow Jackets come into the challenge with a 1-15 record after their 78-55 non-league loss to East Gaston (Mt. Holly, NC).
