New Mexico High School Basketball - Espanola Valley thwarts Taos

The Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM) basketball knocked off the visiting Taos Tigers (Taos, NM), 43-27 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Sundevils (13-6) will now prepare for their test against Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM). The Elks/Elkettes go into the non-league test with a 12-3 record. In their last test, Pojoaque Valley notched a victory over Los Alamos (Los Alamos, NM), 50-41, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 9-6 record. They play next when they travel to McCurdy for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 7.
