California High School Basketball - Etna overwhelmed by Mt. Shasta

January 31, 2023: Etna, CA 96027

The Mt. Shasta Bears basketball team scored 75 points and restricted the host Etna Lions to 43 in the Bears league victory on Tuesday.

The Bears now sport a 15-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Trinity for a contest on Friday, February 3. Mt. Shasta will battle a Wolves team coming off a 42-40 league loss to Fall River (McArthur, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 9-11.

The Lions (7-9) will now prepare for their contest against Modoc (Alturas, CA). The Braves come into the contest with a 6-14 record. In their last contest, Modoc was routed by Weed (Weed, CA), 59-13, in a league contest.
