The Harrisonburg Blue Streaks basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the visiting Turner Ashby Knights to 35 in the Blue Streaks non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Blue Streaks now sport a 9-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Broadway for a non-league contest on Friday, February 3. Harrisonburg will battle a Gobblers team coming off a 59-32 non-league loss to Staunton (Staunton, VA). The Gobblers record now stands at 0-10.
The Knights (14-5) will now prepare for their contest against Fort Defiance (Fort Defiance, VA). The Indians come into the non-league contest with a 10-5 record. In their last contest, Fort Defiance prevailed over Riverheads (Staunton, VA), 51-37, in a non-league contest.
