Scott's Branch Eagles (Summerton, SC) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Hemingway Tigers (Hemingway, SC), 53-28 in a league bout.

With the victory, Scott's Branch upgrades its record to 10-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to Johnsonville (Johnsonville, SC) to play the Flashes in a bout on Friday, February 3. The Flashes come into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Tigers play the Carvers Bay Bears (Hemingway, SC) in a bout, on Friday, February 3. Hemingway will attempt to upgrade on its 0-6 season record.
