North Carolina High School Basketball - KIPP Pride knocked off by Wilson Prep

The Wilson Prep Tigers basketball team scored 84 points and held the visiting KIPP Pride Pride to 64 in the Tigers league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weldon for a contest on Friday, February 3. Wilson Prep will battle a Chargers team coming off a 63-43 league loss to Northampton County (Gaston, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 1-10.

The Pride (7-4) will now prepare for their contest against Rocky Mount Prep (Rocky Mount, NC). The Jaguars enter the contest with a 3-9 record. In their last contest, Rocky Mount Prep was defeated by Northwest Halifax (Littleton, NC), 51-49, in a non-league contest.
